To way searching image that transparency is applied?

I want to know the coordinates of a blinking image
The image behind this image looks dim because a blinking image i wanna get is applied with transparency
That is why imagesearch command cannot search a image which i wanna get coordinate
I tried a trans option by *150 but From that point on, imagesearch recognizes the wrong coordinates.
In this situation What is the solution for this? I hope you to help me
