File-Loop shows creator of the file?

Is it possible to get information about user who created the file with Autohotkey? The file is .csv file, and it is placed in an intranet, so there can be other user in different document.
In AHK library I can't find information about getting creator of the file, but maybe it's possible to get that information?
I'm talking about those A_LoopFileAttrib and so on..
