Smart paste script

Hello,

I have a question for experienced and veteran AHK users: Is there a script to emulate the smart paste function found in Word, where spacing is automatically adjusted, deleting or adding necessary spaces, depending on where the text is pasted?

If there isn't one that I could use, where should I start looking to achieve something like this?
