Detect mouse hover or click of HTML button in any web broswer?

Is it possible to detect when the mouse is over or clicks this HTML button in any web broswer? This is when playing Kahoot!s. I managed to detect when the title is ("Kahoot! | Play this quiz now!" when clicking left mouse button, so I could block the click. But I would like to be able to start the game.
