is there a conversion tool that will convert the c# or vb code to ahk?

AFAIK, no. But there's a chance that you'll find some AHK wrapper scripts that would be able to deal with embedded VB code sections.

the creator gives the vbs code, is there a standard wrapper for ahk that i could throw in any vbs code and it will work?
