Hi, what is the cleanest way to write "if ScrollLock is on, toggle it off when any key is pressed, except for w,a,s,d or shift"?

Background: I remapped my RAlt to ScrollLock, and want to use w,a,s,d as arrow keys when ScrollLock is on, but want to toggle back when any key is pressed
