Shortcut keys to open folder?

All I want to do is create shortcut keys that open specific folders.

As an example, if I wanted to open folder “A” located at C:\Program Files\A by pressing Control + A, how would I write that script?

I’m sorry if this is a silly question or if it’s been asked a million times, I’m just a total newb (and quite frankly a little dumb) and I have absolutely no idea how any of this works, despite having gone through tutorials ☹
