Hello, i have this problem:
I have to make a script that, by the COM object, navigate with Internet Explorer to a site, fills out some form, and downloads a file.
I am arrived to click the "download" button, but i can't go forward. When i click the button appears the gold bar on the bottom of the page and i don't know how to send by a "Save file as" command by that point.
To make a more stable code, i would like to fire the "save as" event by the COM, but if it is impossible every other solution is good aswell. I considered even the UrlDownloadToFile command, but i don't know how to retrieve the url of the download page by the gold bar.
Any help will be immensely appreciated

Re: Send a "save file as" by the gold bar IE
I am pretty sure there is no way to download file though IE COM, because of many security reasons...
UrlDownloadToFile is good way if webpage is not asking for some authentication ...
