trying to fix my f4 hotkey

so lenovo is utterly retarded and i cannot have a function lock on my keyboard....

when i click the F4 key without doing FN+F4, this is what autohotkey key history registers: https://imgur.com/a/MbvW5

Does someone have any suggestions on how to make a script that would result in clicking the F4 key would just result in an F4 stroke?

Before anyone asks, Lenovo is a POS company and they do not have a FN lock/switch for my system (Miix 700)...
