Shift Tab lock

Looking for a script that:

Ignores shift from being pressed UNLESS I have tab pressed first. Preferably just the left shift.

script that blocks left shift from being pressed until i press + hold tab along with it
e.g. press lshift, no input, press tab+lshift, shift inputs command as normal

I would also like to know if there is a script that tells me the time between each key press?
