Need help to collect data from excel to engineering application

I'm very neww user to this Auto hot key area,
I'm not a scripter actually am a Design engineer,
I have list of Parts ID that needs to verify some of its details on another engineering application,
Can anyone help me create such code

Excel should be no problem - there a bunch of examples how to access Excel data via its COM-interface. But you have to check out how you can import that data into your unnamed engineering application (or, how you can automate this application by AHK - would you paste the data into a search field? Can data be read from the application window? Are there interfaces/APIs to work with the application?)
