hide + control show

is it possible to hide the entire window of a program and then show only 1 item of it? ex : show just a button?
something like
Run, something.exe, hide
Control, show , item1

I have not tried it yet!
Make the window visible, retriev the position and size of the control with ControlGetPos and then use WinSet, Region to hide the window around your Control.
