This is no script and has not much to do with C++, either. This seems to be a JSON object in text format (probably stored in a text file) that holds certain settings for a script (comparable to an ini-file), but we don't know this script and have no information what it actually does (apart from "no recoil script").

Thus, there is nothing to translate. Of course, you can load these settings in JSON format with an Autohotkey script (there are libraries to work with JSON data) or an C++ program or Javascript or Python etc - but again, there is no executable code in this snippet that would indicate what this script should actually do with these settings.

Probably you have some script/program/executable that uses these settings, might not be C++ at all. If you can provide that with its source code, someone might be able to help you.
