Hotstrings help

I'm trying to make a script within the game GTA San Andreas.

What the script does is whenever I type something in chat (let's say "rihca") it would change into "/uns chair"
I have been told to use hotstrings, and this is what I have so far.

::rihca::
Send /uns chair
return

However, when I try it out in-game it doesn't want to work.
It works within chrome, and text documents, but it won't work in the game.

I've tried using, "#IfWinActive, GTA:SA:MP", but it doesn't work either.
Any pointers? I really need this done.
