Need to select a menu item from the Context menu...?

I've sent a right click on a filename in Windows explorer, and a context menu pops up.
I want now to be able to select "rename"

How can I tell Autohotkey to select "Rename" from this context menu.

Btw you could left-click the file to select it, and send F2 to rename it.
