Small script question

I want to press w and send it twice but it is supposed to be the same letter,(i don't want "d" to send "ww" for example)
I would really apreciate if you could help me on this one.

I would like to when i press and hold "w", to be pressed once "w" and then released and soon as possible(and not be pressed again until i press the button again) although i may still holding it down.
Thank for your time if you could solve this for me!

Also if there is a way to lock a script on just a window or program(like photoshop).
