23 May 2018, 08:37

hello i am looking for some pointers

edit: changed the title and question to better reflect what i want

i would like to be able to have a hot key that executes loading and dropping a file (loaded in the background without any windows involved) onto my current mouse position

from my gui assets folder onto my current mouse position

is this possible?

i want to load a preset file .fst from my gui assets folder to drop in a effect slot on my current mouse position without that i see any popup windows

i can do this now without a hotkey if i go the that folder and drag drop one onto a slot i want to replicate this in a hotkey without the windows involved
