SAMP ahk

Hello, I'm new to AHK. I used ahk for keybinds and it is actually helpful and great so i want to learn more about. I searched up to google how to use various things for SAMP and I use it at the same time.My question is how do i make ahk response to chatlog.txt

I want to check how many items i sold and how much is my profit.

[21:10:20] Sold 3 x Life Insurance To Smashmouth (99) For $210000.
[21:10:23] Sold Body Armor To Smashmouth (99) For $2500.

These are my chatlog. if i press F4. it will show how many armors I sold, is that possible?

These logs are presumably written out to disk somewhere. Load them in ahk(fileread, fileopen, might have to clone the file first), do some parsing with a regex
