Restarting a Window's Service Topic is solved

Hello.

I am simply looking for a script that stops a particular service on press of the hotkey and then starts it again.

I know this has been asked many times before, but I am unable to get it to work. Also, I am on a network computer and do not have administrator rights.

Any help is appreciated.
