[NOOB] Remapping RCtrl Up to AppsKey only if no other key is down?

G'day! First, HUGE thanks for this game-changing program and to all the script authors who've made their work public... it's increased my productivity more than any hardware upgrade.

So, I recently upgraded to a laptop without an AppsKey and would like to remap the release (Up state) of the right Ctrl key to the AppsKey iff no other key is down in combination, so that e.g. for Notepad, RCtrl + A still selects all text without showing the context menu. I'm sorry, this must've been asked a trillion times, but after an hour of googling and trying GetKeyState + wildcard / Input conditions, I can't find a way to get it to work.

At the moment I'm just using RCtrl & RAlt but RCtrl on its own would be ideal. Thank you for any pointers; facepalming in advance.
