different action of a key, depending on where the mouse is in a web

Hi guys,

I would like to know if a script can be made in such a way that this happens, so that the Pad keyboard has different behavior, within the same web page.

For example: If I'm on the youtube page,
If I press Numpad5 in the body of the page, It works as Multimedia function like Media_Play_Pause
but if the cursor is in the address bar, it works as usual, like Numpad5.

Is it feasible?
