How to program excel to send email when any new input is added Topic is solved

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to figure out how to program my excel sheet with outlook, so when ever a new update is made by my colleagues in excel sheet it automatically updates me when and who did the update and whats the new update.

I am tired of going through all the data searching for the latest update.

I would also be possible for AHK to read lines from a file with the changes and select the changed cells. But that would need a log/text file specifying which cells are changed.
