HELP: Send UDP

Sorry, I do not really speak English well. Similarly, I do not understand the AHK, so I would like to ask for help.

You have operated an online radio. Yesterday an "on air screen" was set up. In essence, you do the things that your messaging software communicates with UDP.

Almost all buttons work, but I want to press the microphone button (NumPad0), send a UDP with the following text:
"AIR1: ON"
If I press the button again: "AIR1: OFF"

Local network will go: 192.168.1.151
Port would be 3310.

I've seen the codes in the previous forum, but they really do not say so much to me ....

Can someone help you to make the script?
