I want to be able to send a message on my iPad when an event trigger on my home computer.
Easiest way looks like via a dedicated email account which will pop up as notification.
However current AHK>Email solutions require a smtp account password which is insecure to include in script
So a workaround could be using AHK to trigger http://ifttt.com which will send out the email
How do we trigger http://ifttt.com tho??

Re: Triggering IFTTT
I have no clue how this iftttthing works. But I do something similar via the Telegram messenger, which also should be available on iPad.
Its API interface allows to create bots that can get queried via AutoHotkey on your home computer (you can limit it to your personal Telegram chat id).
This https://autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic ... am#p219760 could give you an idea. In this case, all messages to the bot (from your id) are stored in a text file, but of course you can do everything that AHK can do.
