Get compressed file true size

Hello,
I'm writing a small program to manage a user's games, and I'm looking for some way to retrieve an NTFS compressed file's true size. FileGetSize and a Files loop both retrieve the size of the file/folder before it's compressed.

If there's any confusion, I'm talking about when files are compressed through compact.exe, or you check "Compress contents to save disk space" when in the file or drive's properties.
