Imagesearch aimbot?

Hey i am new to AHK and I can't really seem to find a simple way to use an "aimbot". What I am asking is can I use a script to::

1.) Aim at an image, it is a FPS (If you can show where to change the numbers for sens/movement please do)
2.) Click

i dont think it is

disregarding the fact that imagesearch would be way too slow for this task to begin with, i dont see how youd cope with perspective distortions and translating the coordinates reported by imagesearch to accurate ingame mouse movement
