ahk only for a specific process

i'm with a script for samp (gta sa) and i want this working only for the gta_sa.exe process (or GTA:SA:MP window). For example, i'll start the script and when i change window (chrome, or another one) this will still working but only at the gta (and yes, when i change the window, the game still running).
ps: (sorry about my english, i'm from PT.. any extra doubts just ask me on this post).
