Anyone for hire?

Hopefully this isn't against the rules? I need some automation done for my business. I have a bit of a background in programming and scripting compared to a lay person, but I get the feeling that the effort for me to accomplish the relatively simple tasks that I need done would be better spent elsewhere. Does anyone here do this sort of work professionally or on the side? I am still working on determining exactly what needs to be automated so I'm just getting an idea for what my options are, as I decide how much time to devote to learning this. Thanks
