Alternative to Mouse Click?

Looking for a clean way to "click" a static spot on the screen...Mouse Click from Mouse Position (using Window Spy) just isn't reliable enough and can fail.

OR

I am not using is correctly.

How do use it? Wrong (or no use) of Coordmode is very often a problem...
Where do you use it? Games might be tricky, programs with elevated rights might need an AHK script running as admin.

I use it for a touch screen Point of Sale software suit.

The box in question, you cannot Tab to it or get to it with any other KB function..its a 'press on the screen' to invoke the dialog box I need to pop up...its so the user can add a quantity of more than 1 item before the item is scanned...
