I know a lot use AHK and for that, I wanted to learn it.
I thinking was honest free program but I was wrong.
It is my opinion so you are free to think what you want.
I refused all time to use program when VirusTotal give 1 or more result.
For AutoHotkey_1.1.29.01_setup.exe Virustotal give: 3 / 67
For me it is unacceptable. I know I know, all time some will say "it's false positive".
In addition, more funny people believe them. Well People believe again Politician so.
Never will I use this program or just if a day, they will create by honest programmer who stop to put malware, virus, ransomware, etc. inside their program.
Look for example all program of Microsoft and scan them with VirusTotal. No one give one or more result. In addition, it is normal.
You like to be hack, well download all what you want and believe people who say its false positive.
However, do not cry when you are hack.
Update
I have never encountered a result or more, using VirusTotal, with "honest" companies (ACD Systems, Adobe, Amazon, AMD, Asus, Dell, HP, Intel, Microsoft, etc.)
Nothing for me can justify having one result or more using VirusTotal. If I see just one result, I do not use the program. It is up to the companies to show that their programs are relatively honest and I find that VIrusTotal is a way, not perfect but all the same, to check the "honesty" of the programs.
I saw that there were programs similar to AutoHotKey like AutoIt.
I went to the AutoIt page and downloaded the program and use VirusTotal and no results.
In addition no page of Google saying that the download is risky.
Therefore, I am going to learn AutoIt.
