I have two separate scripts that I call from within Excel which change printer settings of a PDF printer depending on how I want to print to PDF. The scripts reside in their own filename.ahk file. I have this setup this way simply because I'm not certain how to call one script or another within a common AHK file.
I've been thinking about adding a procedure in one printer script that sets/starts a Timer for a Target Label within that same script file. Instead of leaving the Timer looping in the background, once I'm finished with the printing process, I wanted to see if I could end/stop the Timer from within the second of the two printer scripts.
Is it possible to stop a timer from a script that resides in a separate AHK file?
Thanks in advance,
weg

Stop Timer from Another Script
I say this optimistically . . . One day I'll understand it.
But today is not that day!
