how to retrieve variables for click command from excel sheet

i have to enter a data on a webpage that have 256 fields. but only 10 12 fields are to filled. i have written all co-ordinates of that 256 fields in excel file. i want to just enter values in excel sheet before that co-ordinate and want to write such script that automatically enter values after clicking that perticular field recognised by its co-ordinates. for that i have posted that excel file here as pdf and that web page in image also. kindly guide me.
