What is "AutoHotkeySC.bin" file?

I would like to know what is "AutoHotkeySC.bin" file!

How it is created and any other helpful info!

I would like to know why "AutoHotkeySC.bin" does not accept "[Script Filename]" Command Line Parameter!

(OBS):
I renamed "AutoHotkeySC.bin" to "AutoHotkeySC.exe" and then executed it! (A warning box shows up saying that "could not extract script from .EXE")
