How to change the user agent in IE with AHK

I want to use AHK to operate in the mobile version of a website. To do that, I need IE (for the COM access) and IE can change the user agent (below). I can't find (or figure out) how to change the User Agent through the command line. I could hit F12 & manipulate the mouse, but I'd prefer to do it the most stable way. Does anyone know how?
