You want to make your application written in AutoHotkey multilingual? An you are angry because it is such a big effort? Then use this:
lang() - make your scripts multilingual

This script is quickly included and then it is enough to call lang() in order to get a translated string! Almost without effort!

There is as well a translation tool which allows it easily to create translations. It is standalone and you can send it to other people who will translate your application for you!
