Yet another HTML/JS/CSS Gui implementation

Not really a GUI implementation per se. But I hooked a GUI up with the tutorial found on the website for ReactJS.

I added a few buttons that call a functor (I think that's what I made) in AHK to save or load the component's state as a JSON string in a json file of your choice.

It will be a little slow to show up at first because I have simply linked in the Babel inline compiler since ReactJS uses JSX.
