Abbrevations on screen

Helo forumfriends,

In my practise as a doctor abbrevations is superusefull. Writing "Highbloodsugar" and have it replaced with a long text is a basis for our work.
BUT
I need my users to be able to see all the abbrevatiosn the can use on screen and then choose the one they will use. A popup screen chowing up wherever and whenewer I need it would be great. I already have all the abbrevations in AHK, but without this feature.
With the strong scriptlanguage that AHK has this should be possible?

Any out there that can give me some advice where to find this?
