Counting Variables & Sending CTRL+Button key

Hello,

I would like to know 2 things:

1) How do I send a command like: CTRL+1 ?

2) I have an event which gets repeated many teams (same event), but I want to do different things when the event triggers the second, third,forth time etc.... is there something like counting variables?
