Can there a pause/resume hot key within a macro?

Sorry if the title is confusing, for example, this is what I want to do.

Keystroke: A
Keystroke: B
(Pause)
(Pressy hotkey to continue to unpause/run macro)
Keystroke: C
Keystroke: D
(Pause)
(Pressy hotkey to continue to unpause/run macro)
Keystroke: E
Keystroke: F

I want the micro software to stop somewhere in the middle, and it will only continue to play the next command when I give it premission and this continues with many pauses in between.

And of course, I like the pause key to be the same key, I don't want 10 different pause with 10 different hot keys. My current solution is to have 6 different hot keys to run 6 different command one after another, but when I focused on looking at the screen, I often forget which one I am suppose to press next and this is causing me a lot of problem.

I found the solution from reddit, it is https://www.macrocreator.com/docs/Commands/KeyWait.html

Reason: Based on the solution, this is a question about Pulover's Macro Creator; hence moved.
