Does Macro Creator have a programmatic interface?

I would like to write a program that starts recording a macro, then, upon some event, stops recording and saves the script. Can I do that with Pulover's Macro Creator?

I am aware that the Macro Creator supports command line parameters, one of which starts the Macro Creator in recording mode. However, I don't see how the command line parameters can be used to stop recording and save the script. Am I overlooking some way to use command line parameters to achieve my goal?
