Creating navigation macros/shortcuts on numpad

Hi!

I wanted to create navigation macros for the IE that bind its own shortcuts (Alt + Arrow left on Numpad 4).
Sadly I don't know to start, because I tried to use the GoBack-Method and bind the manual playback to Numpad4 but
only an error message appeared: "Error 0x80020011 Listing is not supported; Especially: GoBack"

Could you provide me a small kickstart, please?
