What is the best way to organize macros so that I can call Macro C from both Macro A and Macro B?

Say I have three Macros: A, B, C. I want Macro A and B to both call C. But I don't want all of these Macros to be in the same file. the reason is that I will have a large number of them and need to be able to organize them.

I want to be able to edit Macro C independently.

It looks like Gosub only works within the same file. Same with Functions.

So is there a good way to organize macros like this? To put it another way, I need a library of routines which will be called by other high level routines. And if I need to edit the library, I only want to edit it once, rather than have copies all over the place.
