Pulover's freezes on startup

This issue started yesterday afternoon. now whenever i try to run it it "doesn't respond" and freezes and i have to close it out. i have re-downloaded, re-installed it, and im still having the same problem on two computers. The website is down, and im not sure what to do or what the issue is. please help?
