Why is there no clear "stop" button/combination?

Afternoon, maybe I'm missing something, but while it's pretty clear that CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER starts the macro, why isn't there an equally obvious way / hint to stop the playback? Where can I find this information? Why isn't it "under" the "Play current macro" option in the Macro tab?
