open excel copy and paste twice

I have 2 excel sheets, I want to do this:
1.-on windows explorer, go to the next excel file {down}
2.-open , find a text, and paste into another excel file [called inventory]
3.-find another text and copy and paste into the [inventory file]
4.-but how can I get it to close and without closing the windwos class?
