Crash with ahkThread on Win10 x64 - v1.1.32

Was searching for a fix and came across this post https://www.autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=44291, Everything works so far except when I create a new thread. I have downloaded the latest ahk_h version and created a AutoHotkey.ahk inside each version folder (Win32w ect...) and I get no beeps at all, straight to crash. I only noticed the crashing due to testing my scripts out on my alienware r5 latop. It has a i7-8750h and a gtx1070. The only thing I can think of is the cpu causing issues but I have no idea...

on win10 x64 1909, 1.1.32.0 H x64 produces 2 beeps and no crashes for me

that is the code I am using to test. with win32w it will just quit no beeps no popups. Im on windows 10 x64 1903 build 18362.535, ahk_h latest version.

Is there any microsoft redistributables Id need ? Both my desktop and laptop are on the same windows and ahk version, just that my desktop is amd 1700x.

Just updated to 1909, installed all the redistributables I had on my desktop and still getting a crash whenever the thread is spawned. Has there ever been any issues with alienware laptops or any software interference ?
