Cannot compile AHK_H v.2. Cannot open source file: 'source\resources\AutoHotkey2.idl': No such file or directory

Visual Studio 2019 is used for building.
The project does not compile, an error appears:

The AutoHotkey2.idl file does not exist in the project. What is the problem?
