AutoHotkey.dll does the same what AutoHotkey.exe can, so if you have a script, then it should work as it is.

Is readmemory possible by using Autohotkey.dll?
In other words, instead of using readmemory api, is it possible to call readmemory by using Autohotkey.dll?

I assume you mean to read memory of another process, you would still need to use the api in autohotkey.dll.

You can inject autohotkey.dll into another process then use numget() and stringGet() to read addresses.
