Google Chrome

I use Autohotkey regularly when I need to fill out information on certain websites, such as my ID number or my email. Although this still works on Internet Explorer, I have now found that it does not work on Google Chrome any longer (since the past week or so). Any ideas why this would happen? Did anything change in Google Chrome? And most importantly: What can I do to get this working again?
