WinMove - Remote Desktop Connection

Nothing happens when I try and use WinMove on an RDP screen, and I can't figure out how to resize it otherwise. My end goal is to place it so I have 2 pixels of the title bar visible (so I can close as needed), have it extend down to the top of the host computer's taskbar (so I can still easily switch between the RDP session and programs running on my host computer), and no border showing left and right on my dual monitors. Here is the code I try. WinActivate works with the wintitle that I have, but move doesn't work:
